New Feature Coming Soon: Guest Links for Surveyors, Non-Employees, and Virtual Surveys

If your organization is accredited by TJC, DNV, or another accreditation agency, you may know that virtual surveys and offsite document reviews have become more common today. Site administrators need a way to grant surveyors access to PolicyStat without sharing the primary Global Guest Access Link to their site. Doing this today allows anyone with the link to continue accessing PolicyStat after the inspection or survey is complete. Starting next week, PolicyStat will begin rolling out temporary Global Guest Access links that will allow you to grant access to PolicyStat and then disable the link when access is no longer needed. Your primary Global Guest Access link will remain intact and all previous hyperlinks created using it will continue to work.
